Our Story: Built on Partnership and Purpose

We didn't start Dan&Jen Premium Rides Cleveland to run a car service- we started it because too many people were getting burned by unreliable ones.

After dealing with late drivers, last-minute cancellations, and surge prices ourselves, we built the service we wished existed: on-time, responsive, and ready when it actually matters.

Today, we serve clients across Cleveland and surrounding areas who don't have time to gamble on transportation- whether it's a 4AM airport run, a last-minute booking, or an important event.
